The close for fiscal year 2019-20 is fast approaching. Year-end closing activities are performed each fiscal year to help provide an accurate and complete set of financial records to use as the basis for Lafayette’s annual financial report. The information included in this calendar and contact list will help ensure the closing process is as smooth as possible for your areas of responsibility. Please read the information carefully. The submission dates represent the latest date an item/task will be accepted. It is imperative that the deadlines are adhered to in order to close the year smoothly and accurately.
We understand that circumstances may be a little different this year due to the remote work environment and the ongoing activities related to COVID-19. Please do not let this calendar hinder your work in this area, but rather reach out to me, or one of the members of the team, if you have questions regarding the timing of specific COVID-19 purchases or transactions. We will work with you to make sure everything is handled properly.
