As protests for racial justice continue around the country and the world, Lafayette’s Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Council (DEI), Office of Intercultural Development, and the libraries’ Digital Scholarship Services are collaborating to develop a digital collection detailing how the Black Lives Matter and solidarity movements have impacted the Lafayette community. Submissions are being accepted.
Expressions of Solidarity Against Racial Injustice: A Lafayette College Digital Collection is an initiative for members of the Lafayette community to share creative writing, photos, video, audio materials, oral histories, personal essays, visual art, and published works emerging from the emphasis on Black Lives Matter as an aspect of the multifaceted calls and initiatives towards an anti-racist society.
Creators may upload contributions. If you have any questions about the collection or how to contribute, please contact the DEI Council.
