Chris Koch has worked almost nonstop since mid-March making sure that faculty, staff, and students have all of the equipment they need to continue teaching, working, and learning remotely. He’s supported his user services team to create a safe environment for everyone to get the equipment they need, support the staff on campus and off who are working, and also supported his staff working beside him, making sure they are able to keep labs, users both remote and IRL, working seamlessly.
