Professor Mary Roth uses Miro boards, an online whiteboard platform designed to support virtual collaborative work. In CE 474, Professional Issues for Civil Engineers, students used Miro boards to reflect on the information they had gathered from alumni about leadership in firms that hire civil engineers on a leadership board. In ES 101, Introduction to Engineering, students use Miro boards as a workspace for gathering information for their class projects. The student teams also use their Miro boards to manage workflows for their projects.
