Christopher Brown, general manager of dining services, has been working tirelessly all summer and throughout the fall semester planning and putting into play a safe dining experience for students and dining staff alike. Christopher is on countless calls each day late into the evening, organizing details and coordinating the efforts of over 100 dining employees. He works hard to ensure all are following safe protocols to feed the students and staff of Lafayette. Christopher constantly is looking ahead and planning for what is next. More students, indoor dining, station changes, dining hall overhauls, and staff training, all while still providing a safe place for the community to dine.
