Unsung hero: Alan Johnson

Alan Johnson of the User Services group in ITS is an unsung hero. His dedication to developing the virtual computer labs for use this semester has allowed classes that use specialized software to be run remotely. In addition, his support of on-campus machines and the users who need them running is stellar. When Alan encounters a problem computer/system, he finds a solution every time.
