Unsung hero: Mary Ellen Nunes

Mary Ellen Nunes works in alumni and family relations and provides technical support for the multiple business systems we use.  She implemented and is the main support for the LeopardLink event management system.  Most recently, our division transitioned from Banner to a new customer relationship management system.  Mary Ellen played an integral part in that transition and has proven invaluable to everyone on the team.  She is the go-to person in the department whenever a problem needs to be resolved.  She simply knows how to get stuff done.  She is quick to help our division colleagues and gracious about going the extra mile.  “Invaluable” is the word I would use to describe her, and I am certain everyone in our group is grateful she is on our team.
