Unsung hero: Kia Damon-Olson

Kia Damon-Olson and the rest of the women’s basketball staff have set the standard in leadership during these challenging times. Kia has done an amazing job, demanding the most from her student-athletes and staff while also understanding the balance needed to get the most out of people around her. She has identified the important things that need to be accomplished in order to have productive practices, meetings, and training sessions while having the discipline to back off when she sees her players or staff need time.
