If there is ever an unexpected outage, one man is there investigating and working to resolve the issue most times before anyone knows there’s been a problem. Pete Hoernle, IT infrastructure manager, responds at all hours of the day and night and gets us all up and running by working with his team to reroute and replace important parts to our infrastructure seamlessly. He’ll respond at 8 p.m. on a weeknight, 4 p.m. on a Sunday, and 2 p.m. on a Wednesday while on vacation.
