Before the pandemic, my interest was traveling all over the world! In 2019 our big trip of the year was to Egypt and Jordan. In 2018, we went to Antarctica—my seventh continent. Unfortunately, our plans for 2020 to see Peru as well as Australia and New Zealand did not happen. In a typical year, my wife, Katie, and I usually visit three or four countries. Some of our favorite places in the entire world are the Giraffe Manor in Nairobi, Kenya; Tromso, Norway (where we saw the Northern Lights and went dog sledding); and the Taj Mahal in India. When we can safely travel again our plan is likely to rebook our trip to Australia and New Zealand, but we are always open to other recommendations. —Josh Azer, director of athletic development
