Did you know the annual Lafayette vs. Lehigh game is the most-played college football rivalry in the nation? “The Rivalry” has been played 155 times since 1884, and until 2020 there had only been a single interruption, which was in 1896. We may have missed the game last fall, but it will be made up this Saturday!
Student tickets are still available. There is a limit of one per student.
As we cheer for our Leopards, please note a few important points:
- Due to COVID-19 protocols, Lehigh students without tickets to the game may not be on Lafayette’s campus. Likewise, Lafayette students may not be on Lehigh’s campus.
- The current Operational Level 1 continues to guide the permissibility of guests.
- There will be food trucks on campus. The Flying V will be on Hamilton Street near the Fisher Stadium entrance from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. The Lafayette food truck will be on the Quad handing out free water and soft pretzels while supplies last.
- Public drunkenness, disorderly conduct, underage consumption, and other violations of city ordinances and state laws will not be tolerated and will be consistently cited. Legal citations will result in both internal College conduct hearings as well as municipal proceedings.
- There will be an increased police and security presence on campus. This is to provide important public safety and emergency support for our community.
- Any member of the Lafayette community in need of emergency support should call Public Safety at 610-330-4444.
Guests this Saturday will only be those with tickets to the game, and their presence will be limited to the stadium.
