Chamber Orchestra concert

The ensemble will perform on the patio of the Williams Center on Sunday at 1:30 p.m. As a COVID-19 safety precaution, the orchestra has been organized into two smaller ensembles. Струнный секстет (Stunnyy sekstet) will perform works of baroque composers Andreas Ostwald (1634-1665) and Petrus Hercules Brehy (1673-1737), and the Allegro movement of the Sextet for Strings by Aleksandr Porfiryevich Borodin (1833-1887). The Lachner Quartet will perform excerpts from the Quartet in G Major, Op. 107 by German composer and conductor Iganz Lacher (1807-1895).
