Community reading events

We are preparing to pull together our calendar of events for this year’s community reading of Just Mercy by Bryan Stevenson. In the next few weeks, we will connect with our entire community to engage in dynamic discussions throughout the year.

We invite faculty and staff to make suggestions on programs/lectures around the book and share if you have discussions or work with community partners who may be interested in plans for the fall.

Our plan is to host a screening and discussion of the film in the fall semester and pursue more opportunities for the book discussion in the spring. We will update the calendar and send out announcements as details unfold.
