The Office of Residence Life is looking to hire student staff members for next semester. Sophomores, juniors, and seniors are eligible to apply. First-years can apply in the spring for the fall 2022 semester.
Resident advisers (RAs) are assigned to each residential community and charged with fostering relationships among and delivering services to the students there. RAs work with other residence hall and College staff to promote a welcoming environment that is conducive to learning and developing personal connections. The job of the RA combines many roles: information resource, activities organizer, liaison to the Office of Residence Life, adviser, and friend. From 10 p.m.–7 a.m. every night, each building has a designated on-duty RA who can respond to emergencies, report problems, and answer questions.
