Due to the work schedule for December and January, changes in timesheet deadlines for biweekly paid employees are needed to allow sufficient time for payroll processing.
Dec. 4-17 pay period: Timesheets must be submitted and approved by Dec. 17 at 10 a.m. Check date will be Dec. 22.
Dec. 18-31 pay period: Timesheets should include four days marked “college-approved holiday” corresponding to Dec. 24, 27, 28, and 31. Timesheets also should include three days marked “Lafayette-approved closed” corresponding to Dec. 23, 29, and 30.
The timesheet deadline for the Dec. 18-31 period remains the same as a regular biweekly payroll–online timesheets need to be submitted and approved by Jan. 4 at 10 a.m.
