This workshop series hosted by the Counseling Center will help students get the most out of the spring semester by recognizing and understanding mental health needs. In addition to learning practical skills, students will connect with each other by sharing experiences and supporting one another by strengthening self-care goals.
The workshop takes place throughout the month of February,
