January 2023 Externships: Apply by noon Oct. 28!

The deadline to apply to the January 2023 Externship Program is this Fri., Oct. 28 at 12 p.m. Access the booklet of externship opportunities, resources to help you prepare, and application link. **Be sure to review the newly added (as of Oct. 21) externships that are listed beginning on page 94 of the externship e-booklet.**

Please remember that the selection process for the Externship Program is competitive. We strongly encourage you to have your resume reviewed during the Document Review Day Wed., Oct. 26 (email your resume to careers@lafayette.edu between 9 a.m. and 4 p.m. to get feedback within 24 hours). The Career Center is unable to review your application essay; we encourage you to utilize the Writing Associates’ drop-in times for support.

As a reminder, through this program, sophomores, juniors, and seniors of all majors “shadow” a Lafayette alumnus, parent, or friend in their workplace or grad/professional school setting, for two to five days over the January break (in-person and remote externships are available). January 2023 Externships will take place during the weeks of January 2, 9 and 16. Pay close attention to host availability to ensure you’re selecting externships that best align to your January schedule.
