Strategic planning process begins

Dear students, faculty, and staff,

I hope you had a wonderful break. As the semester begins, the strategic planning process I announced in December is getting underway, and I want to encourage you to plan to participate.

As you will see on the strategic planning website, you can now RSVP to participate in one of the sessions scheduled, respectively, for student, faculty, and staff discussion about Lafayette and its future. I also encourage you to RSVP for the strategic planning open sessions listed there as they will feature conversations involving students, faculty, and staff together. 

The types of questions that these sessions will address are covered in my December message, which is also on that website. To reserve your spot in these sessions, I encourage you to RSVP this week. As the site indicates, we also have sessions scheduled for alumni, and will soon be announcing sessions for parents and our community members.

Thank you for setting aside time to share your perspective during these important conversations. They will establish the framework for all the strategic plan work that follows as, together, we envision the future Lafayette College.
