Are you hoping to develop a new coping skill or to join a space where others can relate to what you are going through?
The Counseling Center offers a variety of workshops and groups each semester. Topics this semester include developing healthy relationships, addressing social anxiety and patterns of perfectionism, as well as learning mindfulness, affect regulation, and distress tolerance skills.
Would you like to check-in with a counselor without needing to schedule an appointment?
The Counseling Center offers drop-in consultation hours 10-11:30 a.m. and 1-3:30 p.m. Monday through Friday for students who would like to consult with a counselor. Drop-in sessions are solution-focused consultations that are available on a first come, first serve basis. No appointment is needed. Just stop by the second floor of the Bailey Health Center or call 610-330-5005.
