May is Mental Health Awareness Month!
Since 1949, Mental Health America (MHA), along with many community partners, have observed May as Mental Health Awareness Month to spread the word about the importance of mental health. As a campus community, the hope is to reduce stigma, raise awareness, increase support and promote emotional well-being. The Office of Case Management, in collaboration with The Happiness Project, Stress Less, Library services, the Counseling Center, and Student Involvement, will celebrate Mental Health Awareness month by hosting events and activities for the first two weeks in May.
