The new Lafayette Dining Team is counting down the days until the kick-off of the new academic year, and could not be more thrilled to introduce a fresh and modern dining program to fuel your success, both inside and outside the classroom.
Here are just a few highlights to build your appetite:
- Gilbert’s is getting a facelift and being optimized for mobile app ordering (with a cashier available) and will feature new Hello Bistro salads, Firehouse Grill, and Billie’s Coop House Chicken brands.
- Lower Farinon will feature optimized kiosk ordering and a dedicated order pick-up area to get you in and out quickly and easily.
- Marquis and Upper Farinon will both now have an ‘Inspired Eats’ station featuring delicious chef-created menu items that are free of the top nine allergens, including gluten!
- Free Pop Up events hosted across campus will offer delicious treats, snacks, and drinks to enjoy throughout the fall season.
- If you have an allergen or dietary need, the dining team is here to support you! All menu items are labeled with allergen icons, and the team can offer personal tours of dining locations to help guide you.
- The new catering team is ready to help you plan special events – simply email catering@lafayette.edu to get started, and look for the new EMS system to be available Aug. 1.
- A new website, with everything you need to know about dining, is under construction and coming shortly!
