Did you know that moving your body has many benefits? Exercise can help improve our mood, give us energy, decrease risk for serious health conditions, and improve our body’s ability to fight common viruses by improving our immunity. Even a small amount of exercise daily can benefit our mind and body.
Getting started can be difficult sometimes. The Counseling Center shares some ways to inspire you, and help you make intentional choices to include movement as a part of daily routine.
