Do you want to help make the STEM fields more diverse, equitable, and inclusive? If so, then consider becoming an “at large” member of the RAISE Steering Committee!
RAISE (Representatives to Advance Inclusive STEM Education) is a student advisory group that collaborates on projects across the STEM fields to deepen and expand their impact and works with the Hanson Center for Inclusive STEM Education. In addition to the two “at-large” members, RAISE also has representatives from student STEM organizations. Last year RAISE held the inaugural RAISE Up Inclusive STEM Retreat and will help to organize this year’s conference. If you would like to apply to be one of the two at-large members on the RAISE Steering Committee, please apply by 5 p.m. Wed., Oct. 11.
