Campus Race to Zero Waste is a national eight-week competition to reduce waste and increase recycling on campus. Each Monday during the competition, find a tip in Lafayette Today shared by the Office of Sustainability.
Aim for zero waste! As a fan at sporting events, you can help achieve that goal by reducing the disposable items you bring/buy, reusing cups, trays and utensils, and recycling cans and bottles in the blue bins. On Wed., Feb. 7 at 7 p.m., Lafayette will participate in Game Day Challenge, which means Lafayette is competing with other colleges around the nation to see who can reduce, recycle, and compost the most at basketball games. Join in to cheer on our team and go green!
