This three-session, skills-based workshop is designed for BIPOC Women/Women of Color to learn self-care strategies that promote emotional wellness and offer connection with other BIPOC women. This workshop is a collaboration between the Counseling Center and the Office of Intercultural Development. Day/Time TBD.
Facilitators: Keiba Bragg-Best, M.S., LPC (who identifies as a BIPOC/WOC/PGM Woman) and Karina Fuentes (who identifies at Latina/POC)
