During the 2023-24 academic year, Mark Crain, William E. Simon Professor of Political Economy and chair of the policy studies program, and students in his policy studies senior capstone seminar partnered with Lehigh Valley Public Media, the parent organization of PBS39, to develop and produce the documentary.
