New Pard Card identification cards for employees will be ready for pickup starting Tues., Aug. 6. Remember, these Pard Cards will be part of a one-card system that provides building and room access, dining services payments, and transactions on/off campus. They will eliminate the need for fobs for buildings on campus. (Please note: Employees who work in the Alpha Building will need new Pard Cards but will not need new key fobs.)

Each department has a scheduled pickup window for Pard Cards at the College Store. View the schedule to see when your department is eligible.

Please note:

  • Employees should bring their current ID and building fob with them to receive their new card. Don’t have an ID card? Here’s what to do.
  • Please allow for a few minutes for your new card to be activated.
  • After receiving your new Pard Card, you’ll receive a 25% off coupon for an item at the College Store.
  • Have a vacation scheduled during your pickup window? Additional pickup dates will be added at the end of August.
  • Fobs will remain active until the new ID card has been activated.
