Courtesy of Dining services, the hours of operation for campus eateries this fall are as follows:

  • Marquis: 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. Monday through Thursday; 7 a.m. to 2 p.m. Fridays; closed Saturdays; 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. Sundays
  • Upper Farinon: 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. Monday through Thursday; 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. Fridays; 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. Saturdays; closed Sundays
  • Lower Farinon: 9-1 a.m. Monday through Thursday; 9-1 a.m. Fridays; 2 p.m. to 1 a.m. Saturdays; 2 p.m. to 1 a.m. Sundays
  • Eco Café: 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday; closed Saturdays and Sundays
  • Skillman’s: 8:30 a.m. to 8 p.m. Monday through Friday; closed Saturdays and Sundays
  • Gilbert’s Café: 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday; 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturdays and Sundays
  • Cinco: 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday through Sunday

Note that starting at 7 a.m., all retail outlets will be open. At 11 a.m. on Thurs., Aug. 22, meal plans will begin. Upper Farinon and Marquis Dining Hall will open at that time.
