A common issue submitted to the Help Desk at the start of the semester is students indicating they are unable to see their courses in Moodle. This is generally due to one or both of the following:
- A professor hasn’t made the Moodle course visible to students, since Moodle courses are created as hidden by default.
- A student’s enrollment isn’t synced, particularly if they recently added the course. If they need immediate access to the Moodle course, manually add them to the course temporarily until Banner and Moodle sync.
