Bukics joined the Lafayette College faculty in 1980 and, upon her retirement, she was the longest-serving female faculty member in the history of the College. Through her teaching, leadership, and mentorship, she has had a lasting impact on countless students, setting high expectations and encouraging students to strive for excellence.
