Healing the Heart is a group for students who have experienced trauma from other people (such as family of origin, experiences of interpersonal violence, etc.). After harm or trauma is experienced in relationships, healing can often come from healthy relationships. This group will give students an opportunity to learn and implement various coping skills as well as connect with others who have shared experiences in their own lives. This group aims to instill hope in its participants by providing a supportive community space. If you’re interested in joining this group or learning more, stop by the Counseling Center or call 610-330-5005.
