Free bus transportation is being provided to Lafayette’s NCAA Field Hockey Tournament first-round game. The Patriot League champion Leopards travel to Merion, Pa., to face St. Joseph’s 11 a.m. Fri., Nov. 15.
The offer is on a first-come, first-served basis for students, faculty, and staff, with 50 seats available. The bus will leave at 8:30 a.m. from Williams Center for the Arts. Students can register and can enter the game for free with a student ID. Non-students must also register for the bus and can purchase game tickets for $10 at the gate. Lafayette field hockey finished the regular season with a record of 14-6, capping the regular season with their 12th Patriot League title. Friday’s game marks Lafayette’s first NCAA Tournament appearance since 2012.
