Sign up for a wide range of calming, creative, and networking opportunities this week. De-stress with meditation, support women’s lacrosse, and spend time downtown at the Easton Light Celebration.

  1. Silent meditation and tea: Start your week off with a calm meditation period. This 40-minute meditation is for everyone and begins with basic meditation guidance. There is also a 10-minute walking meditation or bathroom break halfway through the session, should you prefer to leave early. The meditation will be led by Keith Wilson, Zen Buddhist monk, who works with sitting groups across the Lehigh Valley through the Cold Mountain Zen organization.
