In January, the College revised its Policy on Equal Opportunity, Harassment, and Nondiscrimination and the Resolution Process for Alleged Violations of the Policy and introduced anti-discrimination and harassment training to support a culture of belonging.

All current employees and students are required to take this training by March 14, 2025. The training is expected to take approximately 45 minutes to complete and was sent in February with the subject line: “Lafayette College Mandatory Training”.

The names of employees who have not completed the training by the deadline will be forwarded to each division head. Names of students who have not completed the training by the deadline will be shared with the Dean of Students.
