As part of the continued effort to improve Lafayette’s security posture, ITS is enabling full disk encryption for faculty and staff office computers March 11.
For Windows users, encryption is enabled silently without the need for user action.
For macOS users, during restart you will be prompted for your computer’s password to enable encryption.
