Spring cleaning: Inactive Google Workspace accounts to be deleted July 1

On July 1, all Google Workspace accounts belonging to graduates from the Class of 2024 will be permanently deleted. This means any files owned by these inactive users—including shared documents in Google Drive—also will be removed.

To prevent loss of important files:

• Check your shared files: Labels have been applied to documents owned by inactive users.
• Review and save what you need: Detailed instructions are available to help you locate and transfer essential files.
• Act before July 1: After this date, deleted files cannot be recovered.
