Executive Vice President Audra Kahr has announced that Geoff Labe, who joined Lafayette College in October of 2022 as Assistant Vice President for Business Services, has been promoted to Assistant Vice President for Operations effective immediately.
Since joining the College, Labe has overseen Events and Hospitality Services, Dining, the College Store, Print and Copy Services, the Post Office, Procurement, Rental Properties, non-benefit Insurance/Risk, and the Lafayette Early Learning Center. With this promotion, Labe is adding supervision of Facilities Operations.
“Geoff consistently provides top-notch customer service and works diligently to elevate Lafayette,” says Kahr. “He has become a valued campus partner to many on our campus. I look forward to seeing our vital Facilities Operations team continue to thrive under his leadership.”
Over the past two years, Labe oversaw the relocation and renovation of the mail and print center, the implementation of Pard Card—a new one-card system, the purchase and transition of the Lafayette Inn, the expansion of the Events Office to become Events and Hospitality Services, and the renovation of several campus dining venues.
