Here are some benefits of purposeful breaks from studying:

- Positively impacts immune system and improves health
- Relieves and reduces levels of stress
- Boosts performance, creativity, and productivity
Here are some ideas for purposeful study breaks:
- Engage in gentle stretching or go on a walk
- Organize workspace
- Refill reusable water bottle
- Express your creativity: doodle, color
- Call a friend
- Practice deep breathing
*Even though it is tempting, remember that social media may be counterproductive when taking a break while studying.
