- Yoga for the Nervous System with Bridget Carlton: In the stressful last week of classes, take a moment to attend a yoga class in Harmony Township, N.J. This class focuses on the parasympathetic nervous system (rest and digestion) to help maintain a relaxed state during the week. The gentle yoga will include props, pranayama, and restorative savasana. Leave feeling grounded with new tools for relaxation and staying present.
