Kudos: Ernest Nkansah-Dwamena receives Gateway’s Faculty Career Connector Award

Ernest Nkansah-Dwamena, assistant director of environmental studies, was named the Gateway Career Center’s 2024-25 Faculty Career Connector Award recipient. Nkansah-Dwamena’s dedication and commitment to promoting and supporting students in their career exploration is exceptional. He has incorporated the Gateway 8 Career Competencies into his curriculum, and encouraged self-reflection and career readiness in all of his classes. He has been an academic leader in infusing career into his classes and inviting Gateway staff to partner in competency reflection in  his classroom.
