The third annual back-to-school rally, hosted by Councilman Frank Pintabone, will take place Thurs., Aug. 17 at Scott Park. This community event helps local students start the school year strong.

The Landis Center for Community Engagement, in Coordination with ProJeCt of Easton, invites all members of the Lafayette community to donate gender-neutral hygiene products, including deodorant, shampoo and conditioner, and toothbrushes and toothpaste.

Donations will be accepted through the end of July and can be dropped off in the donation bin on the Feather House porch or directly to ProJeCt of Easton (200 Ferry St.).

Let’s come together to support local students as they head back to school with confidence.
