A common issue submitted to the Help Desk at the start of the semester is students indicating they are unable to see their courses in Moodle. This is generally due to one of the following issues:

  • A professor hasn’t made the Moodle course visible to students, since Moodle courses are created as hidden by default.
  • A student’s enrollment isn’t synced, particularly if they recently added the course. Enrollments should sync within an hour.
