One of the most anticipated weeks at Lafayette has finally arrived—Rivalry Week! Get in the school spirit by participating in The Great Rivalry Bake-Off or cheering on the Leopards swimming and diving team as well as the football team as both compete against Lehigh. Check out these five activities happening this week!
- Thank a professor or staff member: Stop by the tabling event to send a note to a professor or staff member at Lafayette who has helped shape your Leopard experience. The individual will receive the message with a certificate after finals. 12:15-1:15 p.m. Tues., Nov. 18 • Farinon • MORE
- The Great Rivalry Bake-Off: Hosted by Lafayette Activities Forum, in collaboration with Residence Life, students will be able to participate in a Rivalry-themed bake-off challenge. Contestants will have one hour to create a dessert with the materials provided. 6-8 p.m. Tues., Nov. 18 • Farinon Atrium • MORE
- Swimming and diving vs. Lehigh: Start Rivalry weekend off strong by cheering on the swimming and diving teams as they compete against Lehigh University. 6-8 p.m. Fri., Nov. 21 • Bethlehem, Pa. • MORE
- Contemporary Music Ensemble: Enjoy a night of music performed by the Lafayette College Contemporary Music Ensemble. The ensemble will perform a variety of chamber music pieces, including work by student composers. 8 p.m. Fri., Nov. 21 • Williams Center for the Arts • MORE
- Football vs. Lehigh: Cheer on the football team in your best maroon outfit to show your Leopard spirit against the Lehigh Mountain Hawks in one of the most anticipated games at Lafayette. 12:30 p.m. Sat., Nov. 22 • Fisher Stadium • MORE | TICKETS
