Each year, the College brings non-union supervisors and their teams together for annual performance conversations to highlight shared accomplishments and support ongoing professional growth.

This year, the College will pilot an updated performance evaluation process designed to incorporate feedback and shape future improvements. Guided by community input, the updated evaluation forms reflect a more growth-focused approach—creating space for open, constructive dialogue between supervisors and employees, and helping to set clear, forward-looking goals and priorities.

To support a smooth transition, Human Resources will offer in-person and virtual sessions detailing the 2026 process. Employees are encouraged to attend; refreshments will be provided. Register
