New VPN client

ITS encourages those who use Cisco AnyConnect for VPN access to install the Palo Alto GlobalProtect VPN client. GlobalProtect is now the preferred VPN client for all, including students. While the Cisco client will continue to work for some time, an emphasis will be to transition to GlobalProtect.
