With many students receiving their COVID-19 vaccinations on Monday and Tuesday of this week, some may experience side effects that make attending class the next day a challenge. These students should contact their instructor first to see if flexibility can be shown. If an instructor requires a dean’s excuse, the student would contact Bailey Health Center if symptoms are significant enough to interfere with engagement with classes. Bailey Health Center would then submit a dean’s excuse confirmation to the Office of Advising, which processes dean’s excuses.
