The Digital Humanities Summer Scholars (DHSS) Idea Incubator is a four-part workshop series for students interested in learning more about digital humanities scholarship and generating original research. The workshops will focus on a general introduction to digital humanities and existing projects in the field; critical thinking with a research orientation; developing problem-solving skills to execute short- and long-term research projects; and writing project pitches and research proposals.
Sessions will take place in the afternoons on May 10, 14, 17, and 21. They will be recorded and made available after the end of the workshop series. Invitations to the live sessions will be emailed. All interested students are welcome to register and participate. Students considering applying to the DHSS Program and past DHSS applicants are particularly encouraged. Questions?
