A six-week online program will give general nutrition tips and information for employees who have been diagnosed with pre-diabetes, are at risk of disease, or have family members with diabetes. Learn how even small diet and lifestyle changes can make a big difference in overall wellbeing. The courses are on Wednesdays, noon-1 p.m., Jan. 26-March 2. Register.
