Every Wednesday from 2:30-6:30 p.m., we will be hosting a counselor from Crime Victims Council in Feather House 108. She is available for drop in appointments (though appointments are encouraged) as well as weekly counseling sessions. All CVC services are free and confidential.
If you work with a student who has been impacted by interpersonal violence and is looking for counseling and advocacy services based in the community, you can encourage them to tap into this resource.
The easiest way to connect a student is to have them reach out to the counselor, Lauren Silva directly via email.
If you have any questions regarding available resources both on and off campus to survivors, please feel free to reach out to the confidential Student Advocacy and Prevention Coordinator, Katy Bednarsky.
