Williams Center for the Arts announces 2022-2023 Performance Series

From big band to Ukrainian folk-punk, from Mendelssohn and Shostakovich octets to artistic acrobats, from an anniversary performance and triumphant return to several Williams Center debuts, the 2022-2023 Performance Series is defined by a diverse range of artistry in chamber music, jazz, world stage, dance, theater, and family programming. The Williams Center for the Arts unveiled the exciting new season, which Hollis Ashby, artistic and executive director, hails as “transformational.”

The season includes a long list of established as well as emerging artists in addition to the popular National Theatre Live and Great Art on Screen:

Beyond stage performances, the Williams Center will offer a robust program of educational and community events including pre- and post-performance talks by faculty, demonstrations and master classes, specially scheduled shows for families, and outreach programs in area schools, colleges, and community centers.
